Management Reports


Office managers today need tools that help them track and manage the ever-changing needs of their businesses, clients, and staff. The following reports were created to accomplish this task. From new account acknowledgements to detailed monthly analysis, our staff is committed to providing you with tools that decision makers need.

 

Acknowledgement Report

An alphabetical listing of new accounts placed with DataSearch for collection. This report is generated when accounts are first set up on the system.

 

Monthly Statement

Monthly report reflecting all payment activity for the previous calendar month. The report indicates payments made to DataSearch or the client and summarizes the total payments made for the month.

 

Debtor Status Report

Alphabetical listing of all accounts placed with DataSearch for collection. This report contains complete account payment and balance information and may be generated upon request by the client, as needed.

 

Detailed Client Analysis

Summarization report that reflects dollar volume, number of accounts, and averages placed for collection. Payments made on accounts are credited to the month the accounts were placed for collection. Recovery percentages allow the client to track our success.

 

Data Integrity Analysis

Provides you with a snapshot of what accounts you are turning over to collections. Some items included are: age of account at turnover, percentage of good to bad addresses, and what accounts include phone numbers both at home and at work. This report informs our clients what demographic information is being used and overlooked in our collections process.
